We are looking for a Sleep & Wellness Sales Consultant who can help customers make confident decisions, deliver a premium hospitality experience, and represent the Restwell brand with professionalism, warmth, and style.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time sales role for someone who enjoys people, believes in premium service, and wants to be rewarded for strong performance.
Restwell is a new brand backed by Bradens, a long-standing family business with deep roots in East Tennessee. This is an opportunity to join a new concept early, help shape the customer experience, and grow with the business.
This is not a passive retail role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, polished, self-motivated, and excited to be part of something new.
Compensation
Expected first-year total compensation for this role is $65,000β$85,000+, with higher upside for strong performance.
Compensation includes a base salary of $45,000β$55,000, commission on eligible sales, and eligibility for quarterly team performance bonuses.
Commissions are based on net merchandise sales and are paid after orders are delivered and paid in full. Sales must meet company pricing, discounting, and profitability standards to qualify for commission.
What You'll Do
As a Restwell Sleep & Wellness Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through a thoughtful, consultative sales process.
You will help customers understand their sleep needs, explore premium products, compare options, and make the right purchase decision.
You will also help maintain the showroom experience, follow up with customers, support store events, and contribute to the growth of the Restwell brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers warmly and professionally
- Asking thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs
- Guiding customers through mattresses, adjustable bases, bedding, pillows, wellness products, gifts, and related sleep solutions
- Selling premium products with confidence and integrity
- Explaining product benefits clearly and honestly
- Helping customers understand price, value, financing, promotions, and delivery options
- Following up with customers before and after the sale
- Building long-term client relationships
- Helping create referral and repeat business
- Maintaining a beautiful, clean, premium showroom environment
- Supporting merchandising, product presentation, and daily showroom standards
- Learning product details, sleep benefits, pricing, promotions, and financing options
- Working closely with the Operating Partner and team to achieve sales goals
- Representing Restwell with professionalism, warmth, and trustworthiness

What We're Looking For
We are not simply looking for someone with mattress experience.
We are looking for someone who can sell well, serve well, follow up well, and represent a premium brand beautifully.
The ideal candidate may have experience in:
- Premium retail sales
- Furniture, mattress, wellness, fitness, beauty, apparel, hospitality, or design
- Higher-ticket consultative sales
- Customer service or clienteling
- Relationship-based selling
- Visual merchandising or showroom presentation
Mattress experience is helpful, but not required. Product knowledge can be taught. Trust, polish, sales ability, and follow-through matter more.
