How long will it take to get my orders?
Check the availability line under the price on each product page. It shows that piece's current timing.
In stock: smaller items shipping by UPS or FedEx usually arrive in 5–9 business days. Larger pieces with white-glove delivery usually arrive in 2–4 weeks.
Made to order: the product page shows the build window, such as “ships in 8–12 weeks.” Allow about 2–4 more weeks for white-glove delivery after that.
Backordered: the product page shows the month more are expected.

Do you offer financing?
We do. Partnered with trusted providers, we make it easy to apply online or in-store with quick approvals.
Can I customize my furniture?
Absolutely. Many of our pieces—especially sofas, sectionals, and chairs—can be customized with different fabrics, finishes, and configurations. If you can imagine it, we’ll help make it a reality. We have an incredible design center at our showroom full of fabrics and samples and can also mail you samples to your home free of charge!
Orders & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer white-glove delivery to all lower 48 states. That means we’ll deliver your furniture, place it exactly where you want it, and handle the setup—no tools, no hassle. Smaller items like lamps, pillows and décor ship by UPS or FedEx anywhere in the U.S.
