Bradens Furniture Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Bradens Furniture (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such person, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.  

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on September 1, 2025 and ends on December 1, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter: There are multiple ways to enter:

A. Email Newsletter Sign-up (One Entry): Visit https://www.bradens.com/pages/giveaway and complete the sign-up form for the Bradens Furniture email newsletter. You will receive one (1) entry for successfully subscribing.
B. Text Marketing Sign-up (One Additional Entry): After signing up for the email newsletter, you will have the option to sign up for Bradens Furniture text message marketing. Successfully signing up for text marketing will grant you one (1) additional entry.
C. Instagram Follow (One Additional Entry): After signing up for the email newsletter, you will receive an email with instructions on how to follow the official Bradens Furniture Instagram account @bradensfurniture. Following the account as instructed will grant you one (1) additional entry.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,500 of store credit to Bradens Lifestyles Furniture. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or other substitution will be made.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be held on or around December 1st. The potential winner will be notified via Email within seven (7) business days after the drawing.

6. Winner Requirements: The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within three (3) days of the date the notification was sent. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where permitted by law) within ten (10) days of being notified. Failure to respond to the notification, failure to provide the requested information or documents within the specified time, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize for any reason, may result in disqualification and the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, notice, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees.

10. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.bradens.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
