Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

The OneKnox × Bradens Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bradens Lifestyles Furniture, 11105 Turkey Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934 ("Sponsor"). One Knoxville SC is a promotional partner and is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and One Knoxville SC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins upon publication of the entry page at bradens.com/pages/bradens-oneknox and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date of the final match of the 2026 One Knoxville SC season (the "Entry Period"). The exact closing date will be announced on the entry page and by email to entrants. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form at bradens.com/pages/bradens-oneknox with your first name, last name, and a valid email address, and accept these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. Additional entries by the same person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void. Entry constitutes consent to receive marketing email from Sponsor and from One Knoxville SC; you may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after a valid entry does not affect your entry.

5. Entrant Discount

All entrants who submit a valid entry receive a one-time 10% discount code. The code is valid on regular-priced merchandise at Sponsor's Knoxville showroom and at bradens.com, may not be combined with other offers or discounts, may not be applied to prior purchases, has no cash value, and expires when announced by Sponsor. The discount is a gift for entering and is provided to every valid entrant; it is not a prize and has no bearing on winner selection.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) $5,000 in merchandise credit redeemable at Bradens Lifestyles Furniture's Knoxville showroom, and (b) a complimentary design session with a Bradens interior designer, including an in-home measure and consultation, a room plan, and a guided walk of the showroom floor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $5,500.

Merchandise credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, must be used in a single visit, and expires twelve (12) months after award. The credit may be applied to sale-priced merchandise but may not be combined with the entrant discount code or other promotional offers. Any difference between the credit and the purchase total is the winner's responsibility; unused credit is forfeited. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries. Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and One Knoxville SC to use the winner's first name, last initial, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case may select the winner from valid entries received prior to the action taken.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, One Knoxville SC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each, from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrant information will be shared with One Knoxville SC solely for the marketing purposes described in Section 4 and will not otherwise be sold or shared.

12. Winner's Name

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: OneKnox Sweepstakes Winner, Bradens Lifestyles Furniture, 11105 Turkey Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934, within sixty (60) days after the close of the Entry Period, or email info@bradens.com with the subject "OneKnox Winner".
