Bradens Furniture 70th Anniversary $7,000 Giveaway
Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Bradens Lifestyles Furniture, 11105 Turkey Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bradens Lifestyles Furniture and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins on the date the promotional mailer is distributed and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 14, 2026.
4. How to Enter. There are three ways to enter:
   • (a) Online: Visit bradens.com/pages/70th and complete the entry form with your first name and email address.
   • (b) In Store: Visit either Bradens location (Turkey Creek, Knoxville or Maryville) and complete an entry form in person.
   • (c) By Mail: Hand-print your name, email address, and mailing address on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Bradens 70th Anniversary Giveaway, 11105 Turkey Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934. Must be postmarked by June 1, 2026 and received by June 8, 2026.
5. Entry Limit. One entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
7. Prize. One (1) grand prize of $7,000, awarded as a Bradens Furniture store credit. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be provided. Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner notification date.
8. Winner Selection. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on or about the week of June 8, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
10. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. A 1099 form will be issued for the prize value as required by law.
11. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used by Bradens Furniture for giveaway administration and marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
13. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bradens 70th Anniversary Giveaway Winner, 11105 Turkey Drive, Knoxville, TN 37934. Requests must be received by July 15, 2026.
